NOT ONLY DOES LEANNA USE POSITIVE PUSH, SHE ALSO PROVIDES YOU WITH THAT NECESSARY NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION TO GUIDE YOU ALONG THE WAY TO HELP YOU MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. IT MAKES ME FEEL REALLY GOOD KNOWING THAT I AM DOING EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET THE BEST RESULTS AND MAKE A HABIT OF THIS FOR LIFE. I HAVE GAINED A NEW CONFIDENCE IN MYSLF AND THAT I NEVER HAD. LEANNA'S TRAINING IS FOR ANYBODY THAT NEEDS THE SELF CONFIDENCE BOOST TO GET THEM GOING. ONCE YOU HAVE GONE TO HER BOOT CAMPS, GROUP TRAINING, OR PERSONAL TRAINING, YOU WILL HAVE THE ABILITY AND CONFIDENCE TO DO ANY TYPE OF FITNESS PROGRAM... AND IT DOESN'T JUST HELP WITH FITNESS; SEEING IMPROVEMENTS IN YOUR PHYSICAL SELF WILL MOTIVATE YOU IN OTHER AREAS OF YOUR LIFE. THIS YEAR I HAVE A WHOLE NEW MOTIVATOR ON TOP OF WHAT I ALREADY HAD... MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING! I KNOW I WILL FELL CONFIDENT TO BE ABLE TO WEAR WHATEVER DRESS I WANT AND I OWE THAT ALL TO LEANNA. NOT ONLY HAVE I FOUND AN AMAZING TRAINING... I HAVE MADE A SPECIAL BOND WITH SOMEBODY WHO I NOW CONSIDER ONE OF MY DEAREST FRIENDS.

I AM A REAL PERSON WITH REAL RESULTS... COME JUMP ON THE "FITNESS IN MOTION TRAIN."  IT'S AN AMAZING JOURNEY.

WITH MY HUSBAND DEPLOYED, I THOUGHT "HOW AM I GOING TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR?" I NEED MOTIVATION, INSPIRATION, AND CHALLENGE MIXED WITH PASSION AND ENTHUSIASM. Micki ChastaiN - nO MORE WALKER AND RUNNING HER FIRST RACE IN NOV!!

Hi!  I'm Micki and i have a story to tell... It's August 2013, I'm 83 years old and the walker and cane are my constant companions. I'm tired, weak, sad, and I've resigned to being handicapped. Interventions were in order and a good friend got me in touch with Rachael Schein. She walked into my life and I'll never be the same. She transformed me mind, body and spirit. It has now been 8 months of working with Rachael and she has been an incredible and inspirational teacher who really knows her stuff. I now stand tall, strong and erect. The walker and cane have been retired to the garage, and I have muscles that I never knew I had! And hey... I CAN EVEN DO PUSH-UPS! That's a miracle in itself! Now I am "phat and sassy"... I've worked out with several trainers over the years and can say with confidence that Rachael is the BEST TRAINER!  She is a true ATHLETE and brings a style of "coaching" that focuses on form, injury prevention and personal goals.  Rachael "knows" her clients strengths and pushes them to the next level with encouragement and positive reinforcement.    I've seen great results training with Rachael and will continue to recommend her!  She's even got my husband excited about fitness! 

Michelle Santos - LOST OVER 20 POUNDS AND 5 INCHES ON HER WAIST 

For years i've tried to lose weight and have been unsuccessful on my own.  rachael has helped me lose the weight since I started working out with her.  when I started training with rachael, i couldn't even do a single push-up!!!  She creates interesting and efficient circuit training stations so your workout is effective and fun.  don't get me wrong... it's hard!!!  just when you think you can't take it anymore it's time to move on to the next thing.  she will push you, but she won't let you get hurt.  she'll even modify an exercise according to your needs.  i thought fitting into skinny jeans was the ultimate goal but she made me realize that being strong and living healthy is even better.  not only have i lost the weight but i feel so much better about myself.  what i like about rachael, she'll never tell you to go on a diet or not to eat carbs at all.  she will encourage and educate you to eat a healthy well balanced food.  she reminds us that our body needs food for energy to function well.  rachael is an amazing trainer, very knowledge and a great motivator.  thank you for keeping me motivated and wanting to keep moving forward to reach my long term goal...  stay healthy!! :)

nancy fisher - lost over 60 pounds

 I started working out regularly with Rachael a few years ago.  With her help I have been able to make changes in myself that I really never thought possible!
      *My annual-physical numbers are all at much healthier levels and after my last stress test, my very happy doctor announced that my fitness level is now “excellent”.       *I have the confidence to try new activities such as swimming, biking and bigger hikes in Red Rock Canyon. Recently, I’m proud to say, I even completed my first triathlon!   My favorite part of Rachael’s program is the 30-day challenges she offers, during which I have found that my biggest changes happen.   I feel like I can do anything for a month and with that mindset, I can push myself to make sure to keep my eating as spot-on as possible and to attend all her group training sessions.  Some days, I even find I will add a walk/run or a spin class at the gym on my own.  We make it so that the challenge ends some time before a trip or an event.  I’ll take a 2-week break and then start another 30-day challenge.  

Kevie Remynse - Lost 128 pounds

When I met Rachael I was at the brink of breaking in my weight loss journey, I had found a diet and exercise routine that were misguided but worked for a time. As stubborn as I am Rachael is always very knowledgeable, especially with my incessant questions, which with my personality helped build trust. She is able to convey information in a way that I understand and embrace. Every time I have come to Rachael with a goal in mind she has been able to help me put together a diet and exercise routine that allows me to accomplish and exceed my goal. When I set a goal of weight loss, I achieved it, when I set running/race goals I achieved those, when I set triathlon goals I achieved those, the point being that any time I have wanted to set a new goal Rachael has been there to coach me through my mental blocks and helped me get back to the athlete that I lost in my 20’s. I cannot say enough great things about the way she is able to train me mentally and physically, she is able to adapt to my personality and current issues I have going on my life, it seems as though she is able to tell me exactly what I need to hear when I need to hear it, which to me is an invaluable asset.
