TO SAY THAT I LOVE FITNESS IS A BIT OF AN UNDERSTATEMENT.  TO ME THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN SEEING A CLIENT REACH A GOAL.  GOOD NEWS FOR MY PERSONAL BUSINESS, THERE'S ALWAYS NEW GOALS TO BE SET!  WHEN ASKED WHAT MY SPECIALTY IS, MY ANSWER IS SIMPLE... I DON'T HAVE A PARTICULAR STYLE.  I JUST SPECIALIZE IN ASS-KICKING.  CLIENTS COME IN ALL DIFFERENT SHAPES, SIZES AND CAPABILITIES, AND I PRIDE MYSELF IN BEING ABLE TO WORK TOWARDS WHATEVER IT IS THAT WE WANT TO ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER.

aFTER GRADUATING FROM UNLV WITH A BACHELORS IN BUSINESS MANGEMENT, I FILLED MY FREE TIME WITH ENDURANCE RACES.  TRIATHLONS, MARATHONS OR MUD, I'M GAME!  WHILE FITNESS WAS ALWAYS MY PASSION, MANAGMENT WAS MY JOB, AND AFTER 12 YEARS I DECIDED TO CHANGE LIVES IN A DIFFERENT CAPACITY.  AFTER OBTAINING MY NESTA AND NCSF CERTIFICATIONS, I BECAME A FITNESS PROFESSIONAL.  NOW I'M COMBINING WHAT I'VE LEARNED FROM MY SCHWINN AND GROUP EXERCISE CERTIFICATIONS, ALONG WITH MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE TO BENEFIT AND MANAGE MY PERSONAL TRAINING BUSINESS.

sports and fitness has always been my passion.  I played basketball at the university of arizona from 2003-2007 where I received my bachelors degree in nutritional science.  when i graduated I earned my personal training certifications from issa, trx individual and group certs, basi pilates, issa certified specialist in fitness nutrition, and schwinn indoor cycling.  once certified i started training clients and began seeing amazing body transformations. I have helped dozens of people lose hundreds of pounds.

sadly my basketball career was cut short due to surgeries, but it did teach me a lot about how to train through injuries and how it felt to have to get back in shape after gaining weight.  I know that life is more than just fitness but being healthy will always make you happier!  my goal is to help you find the balance between work and play and discover the little things in life that make you the best you can be.
